When many people think of core workouts, they think of blue rubber mats on the floor and an aerobics instructor yelling, "two more, and one more and breath". Well guess what, Street Workout ain't doing core exercises like that. No hum drum sit ups here, these videos all have dynamic movements, body bending motions and explosions of energy while still remaining fit and safe. Many of these exercises are for the advanced bodybuilder/athlete, so be cautions in doing these, and don't do them if they appear to much to handle. Work hard!
