To go back to the essence of the park and street workouts, who better to feature than the Harlem SEALS and Calisthenics Kingz. These guys do park workouts at their best. Not even mentioning the acrobatic aspects and the incredible displays of control, these are some great workouts that strengthen the core, back, arms and chest. For anyone doubting the legitimacy of these workouts, I challenge them to try one and see how rough they are. Watch and learn from two of the best in the business.
