One tip that I've discovered in my quest for fitness is the use of light weights. The shoulder is a very small muscle compared to other body parts. My shoulders actually respond more to light weight and high reps. I've seen guys military press almost 200 pounds and still have no real results. I sometimes then ask those individuals, try that same exercise with 60 pound and do it 5 sets of 20. It absolutely kills them. Also due to the location of the shoulder muscles, almost all of these exercises are weighted. There really aren't to many bodyweight exercises designed for the shoulders. Give some of these workouts a try and see what they do for you.
