  • Home
    This is the introduction to everything on Street Workout. Great videos, exercise tips, and workout regimens. The home page will also have the feature exercise video of the day, a vid that will have some special interest and contain some great workouts and tips. Feel free to surf all the catagories and watch lots of videos.

  • The Blog
    This is the official Street Workout Blog. This will serve as an appetizer for all my blog heads who need their fix in their own way. It will be updated as often as possible, just like Street Workout, and have some content that you may not even find here. The page is also very cool looking, so enjoy that. Also leave comments on anything you want to see, that you aren't seeing. As always, watch the videos, learn, and incorporate.

  • Full Body
    These assorted videos are full workouts. Including whole body series sets. These vids incorporate push-ups, dips, squats, burpess, sprints, jumps, and other exercise combinations.

  • Chest
    A great set of videos specializing in the chest. This goes beyonfd just bench pressing. These exercises go from numerous push-up variations to light weight pectoral sculting.

  • Back
    This is one of the hardest and most overlooked areas of the body that many gyms rats underdevelop. These videos, focusing on pullups will make you back humongous and add to your overall strength.

  • Triceps
    Triceps are 60% of the arm and for the most part, usually overlook because of the bicep. Actually, if the triceps are developed, that visually does more for the arm than the bicep, and these videos will help you get there.

  • Biceps
    The biceps are muscles that is often over worked by many trying to get more dramitic results, but often fall short. Some of these exercises are common but with great technique and the other videos are pull-up variations that isolate the biceps.

  • Shoulders
    This set of videos shows the best way to exercise the shoulders. Most of these will include weighted exercises due to that being the way the shoulder works. I will post some upside down and dive bomber push-ups, but most will include weights.

  • Core
    This set of videos has some very different workouts, some bordering unconventional and just plain wild. These videos will not be your average lay on the floor ab routines, these will feature new movements and motions that even veteran athletes may not have considered.

  • Legs
    Legs are the foundation of the body and sometimes are overlooked by many because they believe great biceps are more of an attention getter. But strong legs will make your overall fitness level rise and put you on a level of an elite street athlete.

  • Thug & Street
    These are dedicated to the hardcore street workout guys. This is the raw dog body crushing park and backyard workouts. Some of these guys may not have the best forman training, but would be considered some of the best raw street athletes on the planet.

  • Jumps & Sprints
    This page will check your overall health. It will test your will as well as your body. Running, jumping and general calisthenics are great tools to push the overall body and gain total fitness, not just muscle.

  • Gorilla Status
    This section is for the freakish, hardcore body weight workout individuals. This section features workouts not for the faint of heart and sometimes can get down right ridiculous. But, they make incredible videos to watch, so enjoy and stay safe.

  • Featured Trainer
    This section is for the featured trainers. Those trainers that go beyond their normal jobs. The ones that give new insight and perspective that athletes may not have considered before. These are the best of the best.

  • Women's Workout
    This is the Street Workout section made especially for women. These videos will feature women performing exercises primarily geared to females. Hopefully these will educate and entertain like all the other videos featured here at Street Workout.

  • Fight Training
    The Fighter/MMA Training section contains some great videos of fighters training and preparing for their fights. Because fighters need speed and endurance as much as strength, these exercises are different yet essential in having that balance. This is a great section for those looking to have that total body fitness as well as all around good health. Enjoy.

  • Kettlebells
    This is a great page of exercises many people have never heard anything about. Kettlebells are Russian cast iron wieghts that look like bowling balls with a handle on them. The interesting thing is it's not about the weights. These exercises involve a lot of swinging motions and total body lifting. Check out the videos to see this type of workout.

  • Sandbags
    This section has lots of lower body dead weight exercises. Sandbags are exactly that, dead weight. This area will also cover some military pressing and firemen carrying of sandbags as well.

  • Sledgehammer
    This is the type of section I like because it speaks for itself, sledgehammer exercises. Complete body workouts that incorporate legs, hips, core, arms, shoulders and back. What more could you ask for?

  • Swiss & Medicine Balls
    This section os for those who really have balls. I mean literally. We will cover exercise balls of all types, including medicine, swiss, bosu, and all the workout techniques involved with these exercise tools.

  • Jump Rope
    This is one of the best cardiovascular exercises along with the added detail of timing and rhythm. These videos will teach you what boxers have known and benefited from for years. Try this and add it to your routine. You will become addicted.

  • Parkour
    These videos are almost just for entertainment because they are so extreme. These have to be some of the most amazing feats ever recorded to video. It is almost mesmerizing to watch these. Once you start watching you cannot stop.

  • Fitness/Nutrition Discussion
    A section featuring dialog videos discussing fitness, nutrition, diet, and exercise. This section will have some of the best advise you can find on the internet on these subjects. Sometimes hearing someone speak about health is as important as exercising itself. Enjoy.

  • Supplements
    Supplements for your workout needs, from weight gainers to fat burners. These are also supplements that I've personally used and can glady recommend.
