In this section we will cover most of the fitness balls that are utilized in exercises today and in the past. Some of these techniques aren't used as often as they could be, and that's the exact reason why I'm posting them now. Reviving some of these classic exercises is essential in breaking the monotony of a fruitless routine. It's also a best kept secret of many boxers that take advantage of this core enhancing workout. One thing that I like about this section and Swiss balls in particular is that it can easily be used as a substitute for a weight bench. Many pressing and dumbbell exercises work just as well as a weight bench with the added gains from stabilizing one's self. I also will try to include videos on Bosu Balls too.
