Street Workout.Com Introduction

Welcome to Street Workout, a website dedicated to exercise and workout regimen videos that mostly don't require any weights. These are called free hand exercises. Many of these exercises can be performed  without a gym, like at your local park or even your backyard. We will be showing you how to get the most out of your own bodyweight, the most valuable weight you have. I will have videos featuring weighted exercises but I will try and focus on the ones without. You will also never see videos of drug enhanced athletes. Steroids don't make an athlete fit or healthy, they make them big. Big is not always healthy and especially isn't healthy if gained by illegal means. This site will be updated as often as possible so bookmark if you like what you see. Also check out some of the supplements below from Bodybuilding.com, especially the Bodybuilding.com's TOP 50 selling products! It a good list and a great starting point to adding supplements to your workout. I have personally used all the supplements I post here on my site, so I happily recommend them.

Happenings of the Day

What's up small world. Got some updates for everyone so enjoy these.  First off, there is a new Featured Trainer of the Week, and we are taking it back to the parks on this one. Next, I updated the Exercise Videos of the Day and the Extreme Video of the Day. If you still want to see even more videos and articles, go to the Street Workout Blog, all completely different material. That above is just a few inspirational words that I felt needed to be posted. Extreme Video of the Day

This is the Extreme Video Of the Day. I will rotate this video about every other day so that everyone gets a chance to see it. This may include workout videos as well as sport footage of people doing extreme acts. I am also considering including bloopers in the area as well. Exercise Videos of the Day 

What do you do on your lunch break? Of course the obvious answer would be have lunch, but why not do a lot more? Sometimes during a busy day for me, I will utilize a my lunch time with a brief workout. I thought I was the only one until I saw these videos that really made my day and should stand as examples for those who say they don't have the time to workout in a day. Suck it up and go do it!!
